• Voting Access — Board of Elections are responsible for carrying out statewide rules on voting access, such as providing ballots to voters, communicating election information, and distributing election information in languages other than English.

• Election Oversight — Election Commissioners directly supervise the running of elections, making sure that all voting is happening according to state law and county policy.
