Andrew was born in Seattle and attended Northwest University. He received his master’s of divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary, and his doctorate from Gordan-Conwell Theological Seminar. He and his wife, Barbara, have 3 adult children. They live in Gilbert, and have been there for nearly 30 years.
