Kay attended Emory University and Georgia State University. She has been an active member of Cobb Executive Women since 2014 and currently serves on their Steering Committee. She is a member of the Cobb Board of Realtors MultiMillion Dollar Club and is a graduate of the Leadership Cobb Class of 2019. She has three adult children.

Kay is a local realtor. Previously, she was a Vice President at Trust Company Bank, President and Co-Owner of Morgan CustomSoft, Inc., and an Associate Editor and Feature Writer at New You Magazine.

Lisa resides in Smyrna with her husband and their two children. She received a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Arts in English from Georgia State University, and a Juris Doctorate and Master of Public Administration from Georgia State University.

Lisa has worked as an attorney, mediator, policy analyst, and manufacturing process engineer.

Lisa Natasha Cupid has served on the Cobb County Board of Commissioners since 2013. In 2020, she was elected as the Chairwoman of the Cobb County Board of Commissioners, becoming the first Black woman to hold this position in Cobb County.
