Bobby is a Fayetteville native and still lives there. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy and later received a master's degree in national security and strategic studies from the United States Naval War College. He is currently pursuing a second master's degree at the School for Public and International Affairs at the University of Georgia. Bobby is married.

Bobby served as a Global War on Terrorism veteran in the United States Navy, completing 22 years of commissioned service. He was previously an admissions counselor at the United States Naval Academy, peacekeeper for the United Nations Mission in Liberia, wargames planner for the Missile Defense Agency, and executive assistant to the Commander of Military Sealift Command.

LEE HEARN CHAIRMAN, COUNTY COMMISSIONER

Lee has a bachelors degree in civil engineering from Georgia Tech. He and his wife Teresa have two sons. He is a deacon and member of Fayetteville First Baptist Church.

Lee currently works as Senior Design Engineer for Peachtree Protective Covers. He previously worked as the Public Works Director for Fayette County. 

Lee Hearn is currently serving as a Fayette County Commissioner. He was elected in 2020 for a 2nd term after serving 1 term from 2009-2012.
