BOC Chairman seeks reelection in District 2

Atlanta Regional Commission, Alfred John

Alfred and his wife reside in Forsyth County and are parents to two children. The family are members of Lake Lanier Bible Chapel. He has served on the Forsyth County Zoning Board of Appeals since 2017 and was recently appointed as its chairman. He was also a member of State Representative Todd Jones’ Sharon Springs Study Committee. 

Alfred has experience working in human resources technology, project management and technology implementation.

Alfred John currently serves as District 2 Commissioner in Forsyth County. He assumed the position in 2021 and has served one term.
