Billy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from 
Southern Polytechnic State University. Billy is married to his wife, Helen, with whom they have three children and five grandchildren together. He is a member of Gainesville First United Methodist Church.

Billy is a Senior Advisor with a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Sperry Van Ness. He previously worked as a Project Manager and Supply Chain Consultant for Cambridge Technology Partners.
