Jackson County Georgia, Commissioner District 2 

Chas is a lifelong resident of Jackson County and received his bachelor's degree from West Georgia College and his master's degree from Liberty University. He is married with two children and a member of the First Baptist Church of Commerce.

Chas works for the Commerce City Schools as a Special Education Instructor. He is also a Varsity Assistant Football Coach and Varsity Head Coach of the Track and Field Program.
