Marc holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Economy from Tulane University and a Law degree from Vanderbilt University in 1991. He is married to his wife, Catherine, with whom they have 2 children.

Marc served as a Supervising and Staff Attorney with the Georgia Legal Services Program and as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia's Office of the Attorney General.

Marc D'Antonio is currently the Probate Court Judge in Muscogee County. He was elected to this position in 2012 to fill a vacancy from Hon. Julia W. Lumpkin, and has served 3 terms. He also served as an associate judge for the Muscogee County Probate Court, and was appointed to that position in 2009.
