Barry Loudermilk

Government Website

Barry lives in northwest Georgia with his wife, Desiree, they have 3 children and six grandchildren. Barry holds a Bachelor of Science in occupational education and information systems technology from Wayland Baptist University, as well as an Associates Degree in telecommunications technology from Air Force Community College. 

Barry founded Innovative Network Systems, Inc. and co-owned a flight training school called the Freedom Flight Center. He served in the United States Air Force for eight years in the intelligence and technology fields.


Barry Loudermilk has been a member of the United States House of Representatives since 2014, and is running for his 6th term in the House. He was appointed Chairman of the Oversight Subcommittee on Science, Space and Technology as well as working on the the Subcommittee on Oversight’s investigation into the events at the Capitol on January 6, 2021. Before becoming a member of the United States House Of Representatives he was elected to both the Georgia General Assembly as both a member of the State House and Senate.

Katy 'Kate' L Stamper was born in Texas and moved to Temple, Georgia in 1971, where she graduated from Temple High School. She attended West Georgia College and later Emory College, where she received her B.A. in Political Science, and earned her law degree from the University of Georgia in 1986. She has lived in Cherokee County since 1991.
