Kelton holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Securities and Management from the University of Phoenix and an Master's of Public Administration (MPA) from Albany State University. He is married to his wife, Chevon, with whom they have three children. He is the former President of the Fairfax Homeowners Association, and as the former CEO and President of the Mt. Carmel Football and Cheerleading Association. He previously couched youth sports and was an announcer for New Manchester and Lithia Springs High Schools.

Ruben manages Dekalb County's Project Pinnacle, is a Real Estate Developer for Roiterre Young Development, and is a Youth Pastor at Atlanta's Hunter Hill Baptist Church. Previously, he worked as a Legislative Aide for the Douglas County Board of Commissioners.

Whitney was born in Honolulu, Hawaii.
