Julie grew up in South Florida and moved to Monroe County in 2017. She attended nursing school in Georgia State University. Julie volunteers with horses for therapy for children and those with disabilities. She is also a member of the Bolingbroke Community Club. Julie and her husband reside in Monroe County with their two children.

Julie has experience as an emergency room registered nurse and is a licensed wildlife rehabilitator.
