As a Board of Education member, Crossroads Middle School was constructed, the first constructed in Paulding County in over a decade, and plans be open for the 2024-2025 school year.  

Helped implement a five year strategic plan aimed to address " Growth and Success For All; Communication and Engagement; Attracting, Developing and Retaining Quality, Diverse Professionals; Operational and Organizational Excellence; and Innovative Practices and Resource Implementation."
