Brian earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting when he attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1984. He then earned his law degree from Tennessee College of Law 3 years later. Today, Brian lives in Catoosa County with his wife and their daughter.

Brian is running for re-election for the Superior Court Judge in Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit. He has maintained this role since being elected in 2009.
