Bryan holds a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo, a master's in business administration from Northeastern University, and a law degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is a volunteer assistant tennis coach at Salisbury High School and served on the board of trustees for Salisbury Academy. He is married to his wife, Mary, with whom he has 2 daughters.
