Craven County announces new Register of Deeds

Michelle attended West Craven High School. She holds an associate's degree with a pre-major in history. She lives in the Askin Community, and she volunteers with the Little Swift Creek Volunteer Fire Department. 

Michelle currently serves as the Register of Deeds for Craven County. She previously served as the Assistant Register of Deeds and also worked in the legal field. 

Michelle L. Toth currently serves as the Register of Deeds for Craven County. She was first elected in 2023 and is serving her first term.
