C.R. 'Katie' Eddings is originally from Pembroke, North Carolina, where she graduated from Pembroke Senior High. She furthered her education at Robeson Community College with an associate’s degree in police science. She earned a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Nevada - Las Vegas. She then got her master's degree in school administration from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.

Katie is currently teaching Personal Finance at Lee Early College. She is a former social studies teacher and an assistant principal at Robeson County Public Schools. served in the Air Force.

Kenon Crumble has a masters degree in education and an advanced degree in educational leadership and administration. He is a doctoral candidate at Long Island University. He lives in Johnston County, NC with his wife Jocelyn and children.

Kenon Crumble is an assistant principle at Panther Creek High School. He has experience as a teacher and as a principal at Whitaker School.

Mo has a bachelor's degree in political science and economics and a law degree from Duke University. He is married and has two adult children. 

Mo served as the executive director of the Z. Smith Reynolds Foundation from 2016 to 2023. Previously, he has worked for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools as general counsel, chief operating officer, and deputy superintendent. Mo has also worked as a lawyer in private practice and in two United States judicial clerkships.
