Michael holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Miami University and a master's degree in public administration from Ohio University. He lives in West Chester, Ohio. He is married to his wife, Lisa, with whom he has 2 sons. He served on the Board of Trustees for Mother Teresa Catholic Elementary School and the Board of Directors for the Cincinnati Area Chapter of the American Red Cross. 

Michael previously worked as a Director of Community and Economic Development for Clermont County and a Development Administrator for Butler County. He also worked as a partner at Strategic Advantage Consulting Group, LLC.

Michael attended Kings High School. He earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Miami University and his master's degree in public administration from Ohio University. Michael has served on the Board of Trustees for Mother Teresa Catholic Elementary School, the Board of Directors for the Cincinnati Area Chapter of the American Red Cross, and on the Outreach Commission at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church. He lives in West Chester with his wife Lisa and 2 sons.
