LaRessa Quintana is a fifth generation Texan and a first generation college attendee and graduate. Her early life was marked by instability and uncertainty as she moved through the foster care system. She graduated from the Ann Richards School for Young Women Leaders with honors and earned a scholarship to attend Southwestern University.
