Carmen currently works as a senior scenario desk analyst at InterLinc Mortgage Services, LLC. She previously worked in the mortgage, financial services, and business consulting industries.

Carmen Correa currently serves as a member of the Spring Independent School District Board of Trustees in Texas. She was first appointed to the board in August 2021 to fill a vacancy and was then elected in November 2021.
