Richard is a consultant at Gunther Motor Works, where he launched his own business in January 2024. He previously worked at Ford Motor Company as a manufacturing engineer for 17.5 years and later joined Chrysler LLC, where he spent 14 years and retired as Vice President of Manufacturing.
