Meet Councilmember Helen Zenobia Willis

Helen Zenobia Willis is from Savannah, Georgia. She earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Savannah State University and a master's degree in finance and accounting from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Helen lives with her husband, Vincent, and their four kids in College Park, Georgia.
