Kristy is the owner and operator of Vargon Recovery, where she focuses on justice-involved individuals, reentry services, and behavioral health support. She previously worked with local law firms, where she gained valuable perspective on how law enforcement and court decisions impact individuals, families, and communities. 

Kristy previously served as a deputy sheriff with the Chowan County Sheriff's Office.
