Toni is a judge for Fort Bend County Court at Law Number Four. She previously worked as a defense attorney and served as a prosecutor in the Fort Bend County District Attorney's Office for five years. 

Toni is currently the presiding judge of Fort Bend County Court at Law Number 4. She was first elected in 2018 and re-elected in 2022. She previously served as the inaugural judge for Fort Bend County Court at Law Number 5.

As an assistant district attorney, prosecuted felonies and cases involving drunk driving, domestic violence, assault, theft, and juvenile offenders.
