Josh currently serves in the Georgia State Senate, representing District 14. He was first elected in 2022 and is in his second term. He previously served in the Georgia House of Representatives, representing District 51. He served two terms from 2019 to 2023. He previously ran for the U.S. House of Representatives to represent Georgia's 6th District in 2017, but dropped out.
