Jaceey has a bachelor's degree in statistical data analysis from Baruch College, a diploma in survey and census methodology from the Bureau of the Census and a postgraduate certificate in applied statistics from the Center for Advanced Training in Applied Statistics. He was vice president of South Fulton United, Inc., and co-chair and co-founder of the People's Campaign, a citizens' organization to promote a "yes" vote for the incorporation of the City of South Fulton. He has lived in the Cedar Grove community since 2006.

Jaceey works as the City of South Fulton city captain for the Democratic Party of Fulton County and is an elected State Committee Member of the Democratic Party of Georgia. He worked as campaign manager for Georgia State Senator Dr. Donzella James. He also worked on several research projects for research firms like Mathematica Policy Research and ORC Macro International.
