Marietta City Schools

Irene has a degree from Georgia Teach. She and her husband, Bob, have two children and four grandchildren. Both of their children graduated from Marietta High School.

Irene is an office manager for Emstar Contractors. She was previously a ballot teacher at the Georgia Dance Conservatory.

Irene Berens is currently the Board of Education Member representing Ward 7. She has been on the school board since 2001 and has served five terms.
