Mandy has a bachelor's degree in biology and environmental studies and a law degree from Emory University. She also has a master's degree in environmental management from Duke University. Mandy is on the boards for East Lake YMCA and Emory University Law School's Environmental Law Clinic. She was also an organizer of the environmental community for Rev. Raphael Warnock's Senate campaign. She lives with her husband and son live in East Lake.
