Allen earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accountancy from Georgia State University. He also completed the Executive Program in Data & Analytics at Emory University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Georgia. Allen and his wife Rhonda have three children and one grandson. They are members of  Perimeter Church.
