Inga was born in Atlanta. She attended Howard University, graduating with a degree in arts, radio, television, and film. She serves on the advisory council for U.S. Congresswoman Nikema Williams.

Inga is currently the owner of The Mogul Group, a business consulting agency for the entertainment industry. She also serves as the VP of Strategic Partnerships for EdFarm’s  “Propel Center", a global HBCU campus.

Inga Willis’s campaign for State Representative for District 55 is her first entry into politics.
