Josh is originally from Bangladesh. He has lived in Georgia since 1987. He has a bachelor's degree in finance from Georgia State University. He lives with his wife, Farzana. They have two children.

Josh Uddin's campaign for state senator is his first entry into politics.

Believes that voting should be easy and efficient for eligible voters, by mail or in person.
