Nabilah grew up in Norcross and Lawrenceville. She attended Georgia State University.

Nabilah is the founder of NAI Consulting. She has also worked in a variety of roles in Democratic political organizations, including as a Senior Advisor to the Gwinnett Democratic Party and at the Democratic National Committee.

Nabilah has not previously run for any public office. She is a current appointee on the Gwinnett Outreach Advisory Board.
