Stacey and her husband, Jack, have been married for 25 years.  They raised their two children in Dunwoody. Stacey earned a bachelor’s degree in international politics and economics from Middlebury College.

Stacey served on the board of the Dunwoody Nature Center. She was involved with the Dunwoody Community Garden and The Kingswood School Board. She helped create Walk to School Day in Dunwoody, and was a member of the 4th of July Parade Committee.

Stacey is the Director of the Gymnastics Program at the Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta. She also worked for the 1996 Olympics.

Stacey Harris has been a city council member since 2019. She is currently finishing her first term.
