Doug Hene

Doug is a graduate of Milton High School, Class of 1995. He then earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Georgia, where he also played football as a linebacker. In 2003, he completed his MBA at Georgia State University. 

Doug and his wife Lindsey met while they were sophomores in college and have been married for 23 years. They reside in Milton with their two Boxer dogs and two children, Marshall and Mathis. Doug and Lindsey share a passion for supporting the Georgia Bulldogs. Doug is actively involved in YoungLife, Stonecreek Church, and King’s Ridge Christian School. He also participates in civic organizations like Second Helpings in Atlanta.

Since 2022, Doug has been a member of the Milton Design Review Board, which evaluates and approves the appearance of site and building developments to ensure they meet the city’s standards. He is a volunteer firefighter for the Alpharetta Corps. He spent a decade in corporate finance before transitioning to the software industry. Currently, he holds the position of Executive Account Director at Broadcom.
