Pat has a degree in computer information technology from Saint Leo University and a degree in business administration/management from Strayer University. He lives with his wife.

Pat is an Information Technology Senior Manager at Gulfstream. He used to be an IT Projects Manager at the Department of Health and Human Services. He served in the US Navy as an Information Systems Technician Senior Chief Petty Officer.

Pat Kirkland is currently a member of the Rincon City Council. He was first elected in 2019 and has been in office for one term.
