He then went to Virginia Tech, where he earned his Master's degree in Public Administration and Policy. He also graduated from the Sorenson Institute of Political Leadership at the University of Virginia. He currently still lives in Fairfax with his wife and three children.

David Bulova is currently the Project Manager and Senior Planner for WSP USA Environment & Infrastructure, which he has been for the past 20 years. He was previously the director of Environmental Services at the Northern Virginia Regional Commission from 1991-2002.
Political background
David Bulova is the current state delegate for Virginia's 37th district. He was elected in 2005 and has served 8 terms. He is a member of the General Laws Committee; the Agriculture, Chesapeake, and Natural Resources Committee; and the Appropriations Committee. Prior to being a delegate, he was an elected representative on the Northern Virginia Soil and Water Conservation District Board for two years.
