Town of Vienna, Virginia, Ray Brill

Ray moved to Vienna in 2005 to serve as Pastor at Wesley United Methodist Church. Ray holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Management from the U.S. Air Force Academy. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from UCLA. He holds a Law Degree from the University of Florida. He also received a Master of Divinity Degree from Virginia Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Jane, live in northeast Vienna. They have two daughters and two grandchildren.

Ray served as a pilot in the U.S. Air Force and as Counsel to the Investigations and Oversight Subcommittee of the U.S. House of Representatives Science & Technology Committee.

Ray S. Brill Jr. was elected to Town Council in 2020. He is finishing his first term in 2023.
