Joseph is a first-generation American and resident of Chandler, born and raised in Gilbert.

Joseph is currently a police aide at the Maricopa County Community College Police Department. He is also the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Chandler-Gilbert Asian Festival and the CEO of 153AZ, a model car company. Previously, he worked for the city of Chandler’s parks and recreational division.

Christine is originally from Haiti. She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from Grand Canyon University and her master's degree in nursing from Walden University. She volunteers with Bridge/FCS Ministry and serves as a board member for Midwest International Food Bank AZ. She and her husband Benjamin have 2 children.

Christine currently works as a proctor at D&S Diversified Technologies LLP. She previously worked as an adjunct instructor at Central Arizona College and Chandler-Gilbert Community College, the founder of Cedar Sanctuary Assisted Living Homes, and as a registered nurse.
