Vincent was born in San Diego. He holds an associate's degree in fine arts from San Diego City College. He serves as a human policy volunteer with The Humane Society of the United States. 

Vincent currently works as a Principal Research and Development technician in the medical field. He previously worked as a test engineer at Interface, Inc. and as an engineering laboratory technician at Barron Lighting Group dba Exitronix. He served in the U.S. Navy. 

Vincent Beck-Jones' campaign for U.S. Representative in Congressional District 4 is his first run for public office. He currently serves as a second vice co-chairman for the Green Party of Arizona.
