Ronnie is from Fort Gaines, Georgia. He has a bachelors degree in marketing and marketing management from Troy University. He is married to Laurie Crozier.

Ronnie is retired and works on his farm. Previously, he was a county administrator in Clay County. He has also worked in management for Fred's Inc, Home Depot, and Sam's Club.
