Jail Management

As sheriff, implemented the Compstat management system in the Fulton Sheriff's Office, leading to unprecedented compliance ratings in a federal consent decree order.

Believes the Fulton County Jail lacks adequate leadership, resulting in a "deprivation of the human spirit" and an increase in deaths, including homicides, during the current administration.

Has experience supervising the sheriff-based jail, courts, law enforcement, training academies, and tactical and intelligence units.
