Pamela Pauline Ferguson

Pamela received her undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of Georgia. She is married with three sons and is a church participant.

Pamela practiced Family Law prior to becoming a judge.

Pamela P. Ferguson is a Probate Court Judge in Clayton County. She was elected in 2003. 

Has 14 years of experience in Family Law.

Currently the Chair of the Bench Book and Handbook Committee, and serves as Treasurer for District 3 of the Probate Judge’s Council.

Previously served on several committees of the Probate Judge's Council including the Mental Health Committee, Automation Committee and chaired the Rules and Forms Committee for 9 years.
