Supports the Veterans Mental Health Services Program, a competitive grant program to improve access to mental health services for service members, veterans and their family members. These grants would be eligible to nonprofit community behavioral health programs that provide service to veterans and their families.

Supported a bill allowing schools to keep lifesaving medications, like glucagon, on hand to use in case of a student emergency.
