Supported a regulatory framework for Georgia’s electric vehicle charging infrastructure, encouraging more businesses to offer EV charging stations across Georgia, requiring that stations provide an accurate reading of energy added and establishes an excise tax for the Georgia Department of Revenue to ensure they collect revenue "similar to that produced from gasoline sales."

Supports the Veterans Mental Health Services Program, a competitive grant program to improve access to mental health services for service members, veterans and their family members. These grants would be eligible to nonprofit community behavioral health programs that provide service to veterans and their families.
