James has a pre-law degree in contracts and alternative dispute resolution from National University and a law degree in corporate governance and risk management from Florida State University. He resides in Kennesaw with his wife, and their three children. 

James currently works in Corporate Governance with RaceTrac, Inc.. He has experience working in corporate law, distribution, retail and health care.

Jordan Ridley is a lifelong resident of the Victoria area in Cherokee County, Georgia. He holds a bachelor's degree in public policy from Georgia State University. 

Jordan owns Southern Horticultural Management, a landscape design and service company. Previously, he worked as a park ranger. 

Jordan Ridley was elected as a State House Representative in 2022 to represent Georgia's 22nd district. He is currently serving his second term. He was also elected as the Chair of the Cherokee County Republican Party in 2021 and has served as Precinct Chairman for the Victoria Precinct since 2019. He has been a delegate representing Cherokee County at the Georgia Republican State Convention in both 2019 and 2021.
