James has a pre-law degree in contracts and alternative dispute resolution from National University and a law degree in corporate governance and risk management from Florida State University. He resides in Kennesaw with his wife, and their three children. 

James currently works in Corporate Governance with RaceTrac, Inc.. He has experience working in corporate law, distribution, retail and health care.

Plans to improve government transparency by imposing laws mandating accessible government information be made public, implementing press conferences, town hall meetings, and using social media to help keep citizens informed, and providing sufficient support to independent oversight bodies to investigate potential allegations.
