Chris lives in Banks County with his wife. They have two adult children. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree, then went on to obtain his master’s degree from Georgia State and his Specialist Degree at West Georgia. Chris is a member of the Homer United Methodist Church.

Chris serves as the Director of Business Development for Carroll Daniel Construction Company. He has previously worked at the Georgia School Boards Association as the Director of Risk Management Services and was appointed by Governor Nathan Deal as a commissioner on the Professional Standards Board for the State of Georgia.
