Stacey Evans is currently State Representative for House District 57. She was elected in 2020 and has served two terms. She previously served four terms as a Representative from 2011 to 2017.

Plans to raise the minimum wage, give an "Earned Income Tax Credit", and ensure equal pay.

As State Representative, she voted for House Bill 1125 to "remove the ability of the state Department of Labor to offer exemptions to the minimum wage laws."

As State Representative, she voted for House Bill 1090, which "broadens the tax credit for contributions to foster child support organizations by including contributions made by 'business enterprises,' specifically defined as insurance companies or the headquarters of such companies."
