Rick graduated from Baldwin County High School, and attended Gupton Jones College of Mortuary Science. He resides in Middle Georgia with his wife and has two sons, one daughter, and seven grandchildren. He is a member of the First United Methodist Church of Milledgeville and held board positions as Chairman on the Mayor’s Committee of Hiring the Handicapped, and the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Milledgeville. 

Rick has had experience in the funeral services industry for the past 55 years, and co-owns multiple funeral service-related businesses, including Williams Funeral Homes. He also served as Chief Registrar of Baldwin County for 18 years. 

Rick Williams was elected to the Georgia House of Representatives in 2016, representing District 145.
