NPR, House Removes Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene From Her Committee Assignment

Marjorie Taylor Greene has a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Georgia. She is a Christian and has three kids. Marjorie is from Georgia and currently resides there. 

Marjorie Taylor Green started a CrossFit gym in Georgia that she later sold. She previously worked at Taylor Construction, her family's company. 

Marjorie Taylor Greene has served as the U.S. Representative for Georgia's 14th congressional district since January 3, 2021. She was removed from her House committee assignments in February 2021 by the House of Representatives following a 230-199 vote due to concerns about her past behavior.
