Kevin is a small business owner and a custom home builder. He also owns a poultry farm. He is also on the  Planning Board for Barrow County.

Believes that "The most recent passage of the TSPLOST tax has been implemented and is predicted to provide more than $130 million dollars in revenue over the next 5 years which is designated for road and transportation improvements. With continued growth, the Board of Commissioners will need to work closely with the Board of Education to ensure that our school system is not burdened with overcrowded classrooms and staff shortages."
